Upcoming County Trustee Board Dates
Welcome to the Hampshire County Trustee Board page. The County Trustee Board operates under Scout POR and our own Hampshire Scout County Constitution (Quick Links to the side). At our County AGM on 28th June 2026 the Hampshire County Scout Council agreed to the recommendation that the County Trustee Board should have the maximum number of 12 Trustees.
As well as our Trustees we have three Elected Youth Representatives (who have been elected by their fellow Youth Council members) who ensure that we have youth voices on the Trustee Board in addition to several Trustees aged under 25.
We hold regular Trustee Board meetings throughout the year, mostly online but with at least one meeting per year face to face. Additionally the County Treasurer and I meet quarterly with the County Finance Team and County Office Team to review finances and to make forecasts for the months/year ahead.
