An update about Fire and Ice Camp

3 October 2026

Hi all,

It is with regret that we must inform you that the planned county scout camp for January next year has been put on hold and will not be going ahead.

This is due to a variety of reasons, as well as sadly a lack of uptake.

For those groups that have paid, this will be sorted by the county finance / office and will be sorted for you.

We appreciate this is not the news that you would have wanted however unfortunately for a number of reasons the camp has been unable to go ahead.

Please email county finance in relation to payments, my email address will no longer be monitored and I will be unable to reply.

Kind regards

Callum
