We’re electing three Youth Representatives to join the Hampshire Scouts County Trustee Board, and this year’s election will take place online.
Who Can Apply
- Aged 13½–18 at the time of election
- Keen to represent young people’s views in county‑level decisions
What the Role Involves
- Six evening meetings a year (mostly virtual, one in person)
- 1–2 hours of reading before each meeting
- Ideally attending the County AGM on 28 June and other youth events
- Term runs from AGM to AGM, starting in July
About the Trustee Board
The Board oversees Hampshire Scouts’ charity governance, including finances, major events, staffing decisions, safety, safeguarding, data protection, Ferny Crofts, and risk management.
